Agaro Technologies LLC is the company behind Agaro ERP, an AI native ERP for finance, customers, people, operations, builders, and agencies. We are based in Brambleton, Virginia, and we are preparing Agaro ERP for launch.
Why we are building it
Every ERP already holds the facts. The customer, the price, the hours, the contract, the approval, the payment history. And yet a person still has to find the records, resolve the conflicts, calculate the result, push the buttons, and reconcile what happened. The software knows what happened. It still waits for a person to act.
We started Agaro to close that gap. Agaro ERP is an AI native ERP: finance, customers, people, operations, builders, and agencies in one workspace, with an assistant that turns a plain request into a verified transaction. A prompt follows one controlled path to execution, and every stage happens inside the ERP.
The model never bypasses the ERP. It selects an action; the ERP decides whether and how it executes. Same identity, same controls, same business actions, one audit trail. That is the product we are preparing to launch.

The prompting user is the identity. Their role, module access, grants, and workspace bound the assistant exactly as they bound the person.
Deterministic engines where correctness matters
Invoices, payroll, stock, and journals are calculated by the ERP, not improvised by a model. Integer currency units. Locked periods. One calculation.
One assistant that can do anything the user can do
A button click and an assistant tool call reach the same guarded business logic, and every outcome is recorded under the user who asked for it.
